MOMENTS OF AWAKENING
In Buddhist tradition, the term “awakening” (or “enlightenment”) represents a state of profound understanding, clarity, serenity, and love.
For a moment, the mind quiets, judgments dissolve, and a much broader and deeper perspective emerges on something we previously viewed with a biased gaze.
It is a moment in which the capacity arises to respond with creativity and love to whatever presents itself, whether related to the past, present, or future.
In this retreat, we will examine the different dimensions of a moment of awakening and the conditions we can create to foster it.
